Write to the Internal Committee
Do it within 3 months of the incident. The Committee can allow 3 more months if there was a good reason for the delay. Keep screenshots, dates and the names of anyone who saw it.
Your complaint stays private
Your name and the details stay confidential. Nobody is allowed to punish you for complaining, including with a sudden bad review or an unwanted transfer.
Donât laugh along
Check in with the person privately. Tell them what you saw, and offer to be their witness if they decide to report it.
